A: Yes, we provide clear shipping costs. For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on purchases above INR 1500. Orders below INR 500 will incur a shipping fee of INR 100.

Q: Can I return an item I purchased?

A: If you receive a damaged or defective product and it’s unused, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us at support@skondm.com to initiate the return process. After confirmation, send the item to our address in India. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original amount paid.
