Shipping and Delivery Information

  • Shipping Coverage: We deliver products to all regions in India, with a few exceptions. Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Shipping is available every day except Sundays, national holidays, and specific regional holidays affecting our warehouses.

  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer service team will verify your order through a phone call to the registered number. Orders that remain unverified after 3 days will be canceled.

  • COD Handling Fee: A COD handling fee of INR 39 may be charged on COD orders and will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Charges and Fees

  • Standard Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping fee of INR 100 applies to orders below INR 1499, excluding taxes and any reductions from coupons or offers. Additional charges may apply for certain locations. Orders over INR 1500 (excluding taxes and reductions) are eligible for free shipping at select locations. For other locations, additional shipping fees will be applied. The INR 100 charge will be included for orders below INR 1500 in locations with extra shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.

  • Promotional Offers: We offer various promotions, including limited-time free shipping offers, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 6 to 8 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location. Please note that items over 2 kilograms or of high volume may require additional time for delivery. The estimated delivery date provided in your order confirmation email is subject to change. While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays due to logistics challenges may occur. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such cases.

Hidden Charges

  • Final Pricing: All prices are inclusive of shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees. The final price will be displayed during checkout, with no hidden costs.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Limitations: Currently, we only deliver within India. Customers from around the world can make purchases using credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries, provided the delivery address is within India.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: We will send you an email with the courier company name and tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to 24 additional hours to appear online.

Non-Availability on Delivery

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure your mobile number is included in the delivery address to facilitate faster delivery.

Pre-Booking

  • Pre-Order Items: Items expected to be released soon can be pre-booked. The product will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the initial shipment from the brand.
