Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy: We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customer Service Helpline: Call our customer service helpline at (+91 9526545657), open from Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, to register your return request. The helpline is closed on Sundays and National Holidays, but www.skondm.com will make every effort to resolve queries promptly.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

Return and Refund Process: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure proper packaging while couriering, using a box and safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Use a courier company that provides a tracking ID for a trackable transit.

Return, Cancellation & Refund: www.skondm.com allows returns within 7 days of receipt under certain conditions:

  1. Used Product: Products cannot be returned once used, worn out, or damaged. Return with all tags, original packing, labels, and invoices.
  2. Suspect Damage: Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Contact customer care at +91 9526545657.
  3. Defective Product: For defective products, follow the specified process and email support@skondm.com with images and videos for validation.

Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product is handed to the courier, www.skondm.com is not responsible for loss/damage/theft.

Discounted Product: Returning products from an order with a coupon or offer may affect the coupon's validity. No refund includes the coupon/offer benefit. Return all products related to a free offer.

Cancellation: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If not shipped, use the account page to request cancellation before fulfillment.

Important Do's and Don'ts:

  • No return/exchange requests accepted after 7 days.
  • Barcodes, tags, labels, and brand packaging should be intact.
  • Products should be in the original box without damage.
  • While returning, pack in a box and wrap in a non-tearable plastic envelope bag.
  • Include your name, order number, and mobile number on the outer cover.
  • Email the courier AWB number for tracking.
  • Products not received within 10 days are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions - Non-returnable Items: Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange for a higher amount: Receive a coupon code.
  • Exchange for a lower amount is not possible.
  • No exchange for altered, customized, or discounted sale products.

Refunds:

  • Notify you upon receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Email details for cheque issuance or bank transfer.

Refund Courier Charges: Return shipment courier charges are not refunded.

Sale Products: Products bought during a sale are non-refundable.
