  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer service team will verify your order through a phone call to the registered number. Orders that remain unverified after 3 days will be canceled.

  • COD Handling Fee: A COD handling fee of INR 39 may be charged on COD orders and will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Charges and Fees

  • Standard Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping fee of INR 100 applies to orders below INR 1499, excluding taxes and any reductions from coupons or offers. Additional charges may apply for certain locations. Orders over INR 1500 (excluding taxes and reductions) are eligible for free shipping at select locations. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 6 to 8 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location. Please note that items over 2 kilograms or of high volume may require additional time for delivery. The estimated delivery date provided in your order confirmation email is subject to change. International Shipping
